Gratitude Week 3

We are excited to dive into week three in hopetown! We learned about a few awesome stories from God’s Word, the Bible! Your child looked at ways to say thank you! We find Jesus healing ten men and only one saying “thank you” in Luke 17:11-19. We also looked at the story of Aaron helping Moses in Exodus 17:8-13!

Around the table eating a meal or while on a family walk – go deeper together! Use these questions below as a starting point:

  • When has someone told you “Thank You” for something you’ve done for them? How did it feel? When is the last time you told someone thank you?
  • What is something that you can be thankful for today?
  • How can we say thank you as a family to someone this week?

There is nothing better than hearing the words, “Thank you SO much!” While those are great words to say to those around us, it’s even better to say them to our God! Thanking our God for sending us His Son to be our Savior is the BEST thing to be grateful for this season. There is nothing better than being best friends with Jesus!
