Welcome to NewHope Kids!

At NewHope Kids your child will enjoy an engaging environment where they will learn Biblical truths appropriate to their age level through engaging conversations, worship, and fun activities. While at NewHope Kids we will strive to REACH your child with the hope of Jesus, TEACH them what it looks like to follow God’s Word, and RELEASE them to shine the light of Jesus in their communities, schools, and everyday life. Every decision has been made with your family in mind.

We have a special gift for all of our brand new families, and we can’t wait to meet you this Sunday as you check in!

Baby Dedication

Make the commitment to introduce your child to the God of the Bible and teach them to love the Lord with all their heart, soul and strength!

Baby Dedication is asking your faith community at NewHope to come alongside you to be God honoring spiritual influences for your child beginning at a young age. Baby Dedication is not infant baptism or salvation. We desire to be thoroughly Biblical in our practice and every baptism teaching or act of baptism in the Bible occurs after one has received Christ as Lord and Savior.

Baby Dedication is for ages 6 and under takes place during our 9 & 11 AM services! Register before November 1st!

Date: Sunday, November 10
Location: NewHope Church

Frequently Asked Questions

Additional questions can be asked here.

Upon entering our NH Kids environment, your child will be checked in at one of our kiosks and receive a tag that displays their name, age/grade, and any special instructions that you would like to provide. You will also receive a matching parent tag which enables you, and only you, to pick-up your child at the end of the service. All volunteers in the environment with your child have been background checked and trained to work with your child at their specific learning level.
NH Kids teaches basic Biblical truths in exciting environments. We use a relevant curriculum that is designed to communicate basic truths about God, Jesus Christ, and the Christian faith. It is our desire in NH Kids to equip parents to be the spiritual champions of their homes. We win when parents feel empowered to show their children what a forever friendship with Jesus looks like (Deuteronomy 6:5-9)!
NH Kids ministry has many security precautions in place to ensure the safety of your child. We use a computerized check-in system that prints name tags for your children including allergy information and a matching parent pick-up tag. This pick-up tag must be presented for your child to be released. All children’s ministry staff and volunteers are required to complete a background and reference check as well as an orientation before having contact with children. All volunteers work together to ensure your child’s safety.
We hope you will feel comfortable choosing to have your child participate in NH Kids ministry. Your child(ren) will experience age-appropriate environments and enjoy their time worshiping and participating in hands-on activities! However, if you would like to experience the service with your child, we have environments for this to happen. Please connect with a NH Kids volunteer to hear about our amazing family room that is available to you.
We will text you immediately if we feel that we can use your assistance in making your child’s experience a success. Please keep your phone readily available during the service if you have checked in your child(ren) into NH Kids.
To ensure the health of all the children and volunteers in NH Kids, parents are asked not to bring children, who have, and/or have had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours: Fever, colored nasal discharge, conjunctivitis ("pink eye"), eye or ear discharge, vomiting or diarrhea, skin infections, chronic cough or sore throat, cold sores around the mouth, impetigo, active chicken pox or chickenpox vaccine within 3 days, or any acute infectious disease.

Mental Health Resources For Families

We know that our kids are faced with constant change and conversations that shape the way they think and influence how their personal values are being formed. We hope the resources below will empower you as parents and help you to navigate mental health conversations with your child in the most godly, positive way possible.
