January: Week 2

Hey NH Kids Families!

We had an amazing time with your child learning about God's Word and finding truth that will help us in our walk with Jesus! Our preschoolers continued with week number two of Story Time. This week we learned about the Lost Sheep and how the shepherd would NEVER leave the lost sheep behind. Instead, he would look for the sheep until he found him. Jesus is our shepherd and we are the sheep - Jesus is always looking for the one who is lost and loves all of us very much! You can find this story in Luke 15:3-7.

Our elementary small groups were going STRONG today! As they continue the series about giving up what they want to do and being obedient, they look at what happens when we don't have control and the trouble happens. Uh oh! They checked out the book of Proverbs 25:28. Look at it together and make a list of things that your family could work on this week. What are some things that if you had a plan, trouble wouldn't happen? We are cheering you on as you tackle this and grow in Jesus as a family!
