July W1: Christmas in July!

Hey NewHope families and happy Fourth of July Weekend! We were so glad you chose to join us this Sunday. This week, we celebrated Christmas in July as we took a look at the story of Jesus' birth! Going along with our theme of JOY, your child learned how the Angels announced to shepherds that they had good news that would bring joy for everyone! (Luke 2:8-20). Jesus is this good news that we can tell everyone about! Your child learned how Jesus came to bring joy to everyone and He did this by making a way for us to know God. This news is too good to keep to ourselves. In the midst of your summer plans, how can your family share the good news of Jesus with others? This may look like inviting your neighbor to church or sharing this Bible story with a friend!

We are also celebrating Christmas in July all month long. Join us for our next Family Serve Night, where we will be packing activity bags for the Ronald McDonald Charity House. These bags will go to children and families facing long term illnesses to help provide some fun and encouragement in the midst of a hard season. Sign up HERE to join us on July 25th at 6:30pm!
