June Week 3: Happy Father's Day!

Hey NewHope Families! Happy Father's Day! We hope that all of you enjoy such a beautiful day. Today in NH Kids we continued our series on Joy! Your child learned about the story of Ezra, as the Israelites rebuilt the temple of God. They praised and worshiped God every step of the way! At the laying of foundation, then broke out instruments and sang praises to God (Ezra 3:10-13). Today your child learned what it looks like to have joy each step of the way!

We encourage your family to celebrate something that's in the baby stages right now. Maybe that's celebrating the first sprouts of a growing plant, or rejoicing at a great first day of camp, or even having joy as you work through a family project. There is always joy to be found in the journey and there is always something to thank God for!
