Facilitating a Rooted group gives you a front row seat to something remarkable - seeing God transform lives through a powerful discipleship journey. We believe God radically uses Rooted leaders to help people experience Jesus in profound ways. We’re excited you are considering taking this courageous step to facilitate a group in a future Rooted session.
We believe that Rooted Facilitators play an important role in building newhope culture and shepherding their groups. Because of that we ask that all Rooted Facilitators meet the following commitments and requirements:
- Be a Rooted graduate
- Regularly attend newhope church and faithfully live out the 4 C’s
- Celebrate in weekly worship
- Connect in a LifeGroup, Rooted group or Serving Team
- Contribute the Biblical tithe
- Carry the message of Jesus
- Be approved by a newhope Pastor or Rooted Team Leader
- Attend the Rooted Facilitator training
